Actress Lindsay Lohan Pulled Over, Given Warning
Actress Lindsay Lohan had another run-in with the law over the weekend, but this one isn't serious. TMZ.com reports Lohan was pulled over by police at about 11:00 pm Friday night as she was driving to the Chateau Marmont. Lohan reportedly rolled through a stop sign. A police officer gave her a warning and she continued on to the hotel. Paparazzi caught the incident in a brief video that shows an officer ushering a blonde driver in a black sports car back into traffic. The Chateau Marmont is a Hollywood luxury hotel and home of the Bar Marmont. Lohan was frequently spotted there prior to the jail and rehab time she served this summer.
The actress was granted an early release from UCLA Medical Center last Tuesday. Lohan continues to undergo rehabilitation treatment, but is now in a strict outpatient program. She is required to submit to random alcohol and drug testing. Judge Elden Fox has warned Lohan that if she slips up, she could face 30 days in jail.
