Chris Young Filling Role Of Opry's "Go-To" Guy
Chris Young notes he doesn't ever mind getting an invitation to play the Grand Ole Opry. But the singer jokes he's starting to feel like the "go-to" guy when Opry organizers need to beef up a show's lineup.
Young is on board for the Tuesday Night Opry show. He'll be featured in the second segment along with Jimmy C. Newman. Other performers tonight include Montgomery Gentry, Little Big Town, Bill Anderson, and Little Jimmy Dickens. Jim Ed Brown and Carolina Chocolate Drops have been tapped to open the show, which will take place at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium. |
